Pet Mad House  term and conditions

Pet Mad House will protect any and all personnel information and will not disclose anything without prior permission.

Pet Mad House retains all rights to the media taken and can use it in any way for business purposes.

No unauthorized use of media found on Pet Mad House website or any other type of platform is permitted, unless an agreement has been arranged with Pet Mad House before hand.

All payment must be paid in advance of the products being shipped.

 If any issues arise with said product, then contact must be made within 24 hours of signing for the post.

Proof of damage must also be shown when required.

Pet Mad House does not take responsibility of the product once it has been shipped.

If the order is incorrect but shipped in accordance to the customers original order no refunds shall be considered as it was customers error.  If the error is from Pet Mad House then the correct products will be sent at no extra cost to the customer.
